Process & Products
ThioSolv’s business model covers two segments: The Process Design & Licensing and the Fertilizer Marketing.
ThioSolv has several licensable patents and patents-pending that cater to a variety of different scenarios and industries that deal with H2S and ammonia.
Process Design & Licensing: ThioSolv’s patents and patents-pending are licensable to interested parties. Along with this, ThioSolv participates in putting together the basic design package, managing detailed engineering, and participating in start-up and ongoing technical support, among other contributions.
Fertilizer Marketing: ThioSolv also handles the fertilizer produced by its process so the clients do not have to work on entering the fertilizer market. From transportation from the site to the marketing and sale of it, ThioSolv is able to deal with the fertilizer and the challenges that come with taking it to market.
When ThioSolv receives the revenue from the sale of the fertilizer, ThioSolv provides a percentage of the revenue back to the investors in its process, creating a consistent revenue stream for investors in its process.
